RaveLoop Terms of Use – Coders Creation

The app is provided by Coders Creation. By installing it you agree to these terms and to the Wix App Market terms.

Plans. The Free plan is free and includes the reviews widget, moderation, replies and 25 verified-buyer review requests a month. The Pro and Business plans are paid subscriptions billed by Wix monthly or yearly at a flat price. You can cancel any time in your Wix account; paid features stay active until the end of the paid period. Published reviews stay visible after a downgrade, and paid settings come back if you upgrade again.

Refunds follow the Wix App Market refund policy.

Requirements. The app needs Wix Stores on your site and keeps its data in the CMS of your site. Review request emails are sent by automations you create in your own dashboard; the app only prepares the request and the one-time link.

Reviews are written by your customers. You are responsible for moderating them, for the replies you publish, for the coupon codes you offer and for following the laws on customer reviews that apply to you, including not publishing reviews you know to be false.

Rich snippets. On the Business plan the app adds rating data to your product pages. Whether and how search engines show it is their decision, and no ranking or display is promised.

You are responsible for the customer data you keep and for telling customers about it in your own privacy notice.

Fair use. Do not use the app to post reviews you did not receive from customers or to send requests to people who did not order from you.

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Coders Creation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost sales or lost income arising from its use.
