After each paid order, RaveLoop prepares a one-time review link and hands it to your automation, which sends the email on your schedule from your own address. Reviews written through that link carry a verified-buyer badge.

Customers can add up to three photos. New reviews wait for your approval or publish automatically, your reply appears under the review, and the widget uses your heading, button text and colours.

Everything you collect stays in your site’s own content collections. Export it as CSV at any time, import reviews you already have, and nothing disappears when a plan changes.

How to set up RaveLoop

Three steps, about ten minutes. Watch the video or follow the steps.

Add the reviews section to your product pageOpen RaveLoop in your dashboard and click “Add to product page” on the Overview tab, then publish your site. The reviews section appears on every product page.
Set up the review request automationIn Automations, create an automation with the trigger “Review request is ready”, a delay of 5 to 10 days and a Send email action. Paste the email template from the Review requests tab. It fills in the customer’s name, the product and the one-time link for each order.
Approve and replyNew reviews wait in the Reviews tab, or publish automatically if you switch that on. Approve, reject or reply with one click. Your reply shows under the review.
Grow when you need toPro adds unlimited requests, photo reviews, your colours without a badge, CSV export and reminders. Business adds rich snippets for search results, CSV import and a coupon code for reviewers.
