Roomkeep Terms of Use – Coders Creation

The app is provided by Coders Creation. By installing it you agree to these terms and to the Wix App Market terms.

Plans. The Free plan is free. The Pro and Business plans are paid subscriptions billed by Wix monthly or yearly at a flat price. The app never charges a commission or a fee per booking. You can cancel any time in your Wix account; paid features stay active until the end of the paid period. Your rooms and settings are kept after a downgrade and come back if you upgrade again.

Refunds follow the Wix App Market refund policy.

Requirements. The app keeps its data in the CMS of your site, which must be added to the site. The booking widget is shown on your published site.

Bookings are agreements between you and your guests. The app does not take payments; you agree with your guests how and when they pay. You are responsible for your prices, house rules, cancellation terms, taxes and for answering booking requests.

The app checks availability again at the moment of booking to prevent two bookings for one night on your site. Calendar links from other channels are refreshed from time to time and can be out of date for a short while; check the nights the dashboard marks as clashing.

You are responsible for the guest data you keep and for telling guests about it in your own privacy notice.

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Coders Creation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost bookings or lost income arising from its use.
